Lanificio is an unusual and fascinating industrial complex, located on the bank of the Aniene river in Rome. All its spaces are functional to accommodate private parties and corporate events, conferences, presentations, cocktails, as location for photo and movie shootings, shows, exhibits, temporary shop.

Lanificio is an unusual and fascinating industrial complex converted to arts, located on the bank of the Aniene river, between Nomentana Street and Tiburtina Street in Rome. All its lofts have an strong Northe European feature and are functional to accommodate any kind of events: private parties and corporate events, conferences, presentations, cocktails, photo and movie shootings, performances exhibitions, temporary shop.
With the experience gained since 2007 in the organization and realization of events, Lanificio provides support in the design and expertise in the development of the most eclectic projects. Having the club Lanificio 159 and the restaurant Lanificio Cucina, the performative school in the narrow, ensures a wide range of technical and artistic services.

Lanificio is a multifunctional complex which cover an area of 3.500 square meters on three different levels, placed in space and landscapes of the previous woolen-mill Lanificio Luciani. The building dates back to the 30’s and consists of five lofts from 200 sqm to 800 square meters, characterized by a post-industrial architecture, and a roof terrace of 1.000 square meters, fully equipped. Spaces are conceived as empty boxes to fill with bespoke creativity by our staff competence.
The Lanificio is an informal and alternative location where to organize meetings, exhibitions, conferences, festivals, dinners and cocktail, corporate events, vernissage, conferences, product launch and workshops.
It is possible to rent exclusive rooms, catering and aperitif, audio/video service , secure parking, Wi-fi, fax, copier. Lanificio offers support on set design, lighting and audio visual, providing artists, DJs and VJs, production and post-production of photo and video.

The atmosphere of the former industrial factory and the location on the river give to Lanificio the chance to transform its spaces into different settings: from the dance school to the club, from old warehouse to ultra modern office.
The unique, evocative and unspoiled appearance of the venue is due to the geographical context and the advantage of being situated into the Natural Reserve of the Aniene Valley.
On demand we provide as services the allocation on fiber-network, office, copier, printer, fax. External courtyards, guarded parking, caretaking, catering service are also provided.
