Lanificio Cucina is a modern tavern that redefines the experience of taste through the review and experimentation of different flavors.

A place where to calmly taste gastronomic high quality cusine without useless formality, where to enjoy great value wines from small viticulture and drink cocktails pleasantly dosed by bartenders, masters in the art of mixing.

Informality, measure, attention to detail and creativeness are the main keys to interpret the atmosphere of Lanificio Cucina. The essential tidiness of presentation of the dishes is strictly linked to the vintage furniture that is constantly changing; the wide glass windows looks out on an unobstructed view of the city, which serves as background to a warm and vibrant environment, the seasonal menus or the plate of the day out of the traditional menu could also be tasted during aperitif.

Opening hours: Every day, except on Sunday, from 12.30 am to 02.45 pm. Everyday at dinner from 8.00 pm to 11.00 pm.
Coffee bar: Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 06.00 pm.
Cocktail bar: Thursday to Saturday from 7.00 pm to 2.00 am.

On the banks of the Aniene River, our   contemporary restaurant, after 10 years of reinterpreting and experimenting the classics of gastronomy, paying attention to details and creativity in tasting, houses a pop-up corner dedicated to oriental cuisine.

The concept of ​​a modern tavern, that has been our trademark for years, in the new paradigm will stay and coexist with a new gastronomic culture.

From February 15th, our new show kitchen will host Rogerio Matsumoto, chef from São Paulo in Brazil of Japanese origins who in the last 13 years has brought his multicultural experience to Italy, in several well-known Sushi and Fusion restaurants.
To stay true to traditional italian cuisine, Chef Leonardo Orchi, long time resident of Lanificio Cucina, will propose the concept of ​​Osteria 2.0.

The cocktail bar is the corner of Lanificio Cucina dedicated to the aperitif and to intimate occasions, before or after dinner. A convivial spot where to prefer harmonious scents, rounded, complex spicy flavors, forgotten aromas used in modern mixology, enhances the bond of trust with the barman to stimulate the pure taste of cocktails.

The cocktail list tells of journeys across countries, cultures, scents through the art of mixing, from its origins to the latest trends. Infusions, extracts and syrups – all homemade – are combined at the best spirits to revisit the great classics. The cocktails are accompanied by a tastings plate: morsels of comfort food as meatballs in tomato sauce, salt cod croquettes, yahtzee pork, puff pastry, chicken pills, mini fish cutlets and other proposals of the day.

From morning to tea time the coffee bar of Lanificio Cucina Coffee Bar is open from Monday to Friday. A comfortable space where to taste Italian breakfasts, quick lunches, tasty snacks.

At breakfast try coffee and croissants, pastries and mignon, cakes, pies, organic juices.
At lunch you’ll also find gourmet sandwiches, mixed salads with grain and seasonal ingredients, squeezed juice.
In the afternoon relish with a relaxing tea, hot or cold, a homemade slush or soft ice-cream, or give yourself a savory or sweet treat.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 06.00 pm.

All the rooms of the restaurant Lanificio Cucina are available as location to host your private events. From official celebrations to special occasions at Lanificio Cucina you can celebrate with plenty of taste.

Weddings, baptisms, graduations, business dinners but also birthdays and special moments, our staff will advise you in a professional and discrete way, finding the perfect menu, till all others little details.
